Subjective differences in personal perception of the aroma's effect will not be considered the sole reason for a return, unless the product has a quality issue.

- Return Address: As our products are shipped from China, the return address will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure you wait for our instructions before mailing back any items.

- Customs Duties and Taxes: If the return involves international shipping, any potential customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We are committed to ensuring you receive perfect items. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we prioritize arranging a free reshipment for you.

- We will assess the situation, and once confirmed, we will promptly arrange to reship the same item to you at no additional cost, without requiring you to return the original item. The shipping cost for the reshipped item will be covered by us.
