- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Please note that our herbal scent bracelets are designed to provide a soothing effect through their aroma, but they are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Subjective differences in personal perception of the aroma's effect will not be considered the sole reason for a return, unless the product has a quality issue.

2. Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us via email at contact@herbalscentshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return steps.

- Return Address: As our products are shipped from China, the return address will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure you wait for our instructions before mailing back any items.

- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or an error occurred in shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Customs Duties and Taxes: If the return involves international shipping, any potential customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges and Reshipments

We are committed to ensuring you receive perfect items. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we prioritize arranging a free reshipment for you.

- Please contact us immediately at contact@herbalscentshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos or videos of the product issue.

- We will assess the situation, and once confirmed, we will promptly arrange to reship the same item to you at no additional cost, without requiring you to return the original item. The shipping cost for the reshipped item will be covered by us.

- If the original item is out of stock or you prefer not to receive a reshipment, we will arrange a refund or exchange according to your preference.
